SMS Program Terms
Modoo Designer Corp. sends transactional text messages for account phone verification, QR child-safety guardian contact requests, and QR ownership status. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
How consent is collected
An account holder enters their number and separately checks an optional, initially unchecked SMS consent box before requesting a verification code. Consent is not a condition of account creation or purchase. For each international guardian contact, the QR owner reads the notice to that recipient and confirms collecting their verbal agreement. This owner attestation is not the recipient's direct web opt-in and does not enable SMS delivery until the collection method is accepted by the provider.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with verification requests and QR safety events. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to opt out of messages sent from our US sender, or HELP for help. For support, contact modoodesigner.cs@gmail.com or +82 32-710-2587. You may also ask us to stop sending texts to your number.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and mobile carriers receive only the information needed to deliver service texts.
