SMS Privacy Notice
Modoo Designer Corp. uses phone numbers to send account verification codes and QR child-safety service notices. This notice explains SMS-specific processing alongside our full Privacy Policy, available in Korean and English.
Data and purpose
When you request an international verification text, we process the number you enter and record your account, consent time, selected language, disclosure version and wording, a protected phone-number fingerprint, and its last four digits. We use these records to document your choice and deliver the requested service text.
Delivery providers and sharing
Our messaging provider Telnyx and mobile carriers receive the information needed to deliver international service texts. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data, consent, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choice and support
SMS consent is separate from account terms and is initially unchecked. You can leave it unchecked and will not receive a verification text. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from our US sender or HELP for help. For privacy questions or a request to stop service texts, contact modoodesigner.cs@gmail.com.
